The only steady way to fix this crash in this time is edit the registry keys, as I wrote above. It was horrible for me, 'cause keyboard was disabled only 2 seconds after boot, so I can't start windows in safe mode or other solution. This is how I originally discovered this issue (keyboard/touchpad not working).
